we had the best experience at bates rv after going to several dealers that day we were a bit aggrivated. when we got there the salesman named stephen spent a couple hours with us explaining the difference in the products he was the most educational salesman we had ever met. he never once got upset with us being indecisive in what best met our needs. i would recommend everyone talk to him when you are ready to purchase a motorhome. we will definately be back to do business with him this year sometime. thanks again stephen.
