I had a scheduled appointment and Brian did not show up. I called and he explained that he received an emergency call - I asked why he didn't call to let me know - he didn't have an answer. He said he would be there later that day. Brian called back later that day and said he would be there in 45 minutes. An hour later he still wasn't here. I called again - he had another emergency and didn't bother to call. We reschedule for the next day. Brian again did not show up for the scheduled appointment. This time he wasn't answering the phone and his voice-mail is full so i can't leave a message. Not reliable.\r
