I have been a renter for over 8 years and have never had such a horrible management company in my life! The house looked nice but when I moved in I realized it was in terrible shape. We had no hot water sereral weeks out of my lease (on and off), a gas leak, mold in the kitchen. The back door (which was actually an inside bedroom door) kept opening. I lost my dog 4 times before I finally got them to come out and ""fix"" the door. I can't tell you how many times I woke up to an open back door. I felt completely unsafe for a year as this fix was only temporary. \r
As for the cutsomer service it completely did not exist. I would put in a request and it would take days to process. Lisa, in charge of legal, was completely rude every time I asked her any questions regarding the lease. She came to do a walk through which she completely belittled me the entire time and had a horrible attitude.\r
When I finally got out of this horrible lease I called about my deposit. Now they are to busy to anwser any of my questions. I doubt they will ever send me my deposit back.\r
