My just over a year old Sony laptop seemed to be on its last breath. It was heating up like never before and after about 10 minutes of watching you tube it'd just shut off. Of course, the warranty had just expired so I was already looking at a replacement laptop. While looking around I stumbled across these guys. A phone call later I popped in to check them out, first impress was excellent. I was greeted right away and after just a few minutes they were running a diagnostic on my laptop. I was quote $129 to fix the problem which was considerable more attractive than the $1000 I was looking at spending on a replacement. Two days later I got a text, ready for pickup. So far so good.
