It was great to call and either get a person or a call back. But most of the communication was still linked to on-line. It seemed to me that as I got closer to approval and loan closing that it was more difficult to get answers to my questions. It was not easy to work with so many different people from the first call to the end...I think a total of 5.
After closing was set and just a few hours before it was scheduled I got a call that underwriting needed more documents. That seemed tight and when we finally closed on a Saturday and the closer came with wrong numbers, I could not get a hold of anyone. That made for some confusion and anxiety.
Most of the process was fine and the people I worked with were pleasant and helpful..just stressed.
