I bought my stove there and when it came time to buy a refrigerator, I immediately thought of them. The salesman was very helpful. My refrigerator that had been at their warehouse arrived a week later but they couldn't deliver that day because it was scratched. They ordered a new one from the company and gave me a loaner which did not work when they plugged it in but turned on by itself before their repairman came. Someone called yesterday morning to say that my "stove" would be delivered from 11 to 3 that day. The new refrigerator is great.

I am glad we were able to quickly get you a no charge loaner refrigerator for you to use, while we were waiting for the replacement refrigerator to arrive. I see the loaner refrigerator did not start cooling right away, but it started cooling before our service tech. arrived the same day to look at it. I am glad to hear the saleman was very helpful and we quickly brought to you the replacement refrigerator, once we received it from the manufacturer. As I am sure you are aware, some things are out or our control such as the damaged refrigerator.
