We visited Dick Van Dyke to purchase a freezer. The salesmen were all very nice and helpful- really knew a lot about the appliances. We purchased an upright freezer and had it delivered to our basement. The only way I feel Dick Van Dyke could improve would be with their delivery- they told me that they "didn't do times" but asked I choose a day. I chose Saturday. They called me in the morning to tell me it would be delivered between 2-6pm. They finally showed up at 6:45, after we had just sat down for dinner. Totally ruined most of what I wanted to get done that day outside the house. Delivery men were very nice and quick once they did arrive. Maybe so many deliveries shouldn't be scheduled on one day so that times could be better established. Overall, I would recommend purchasing here, after all they did have the best prices and warranties in town.
