Martin Appliance has a great selection of high end appliances - the best I have found in the area. My salesperson was knowledgeable and followed up with me via email and phone. Martin also met the lowest pricing I could find on my refridgerator, and their install crew was top notch. My one complaint was that they did not tell me upfront that delivery and installation incurred an extra, not insignificant, cost - I found that out as I was scheduling a delivery date. Martin did, however, take some ownership of the omission and offer me a lower, negotiated delivery / install fee.
