Showroom was well stocked, sales person was knowledgable. I found the same appliances cheaper at other vendors, but the service contract was the attraction for buying from Martin Appliance. My delivery request was lost so I ended up waiting for 5 hours for a delivery that never arrived. One day of vacation lost. I called them and they got someone to bring it out, but I still lost most of a day. The appliances look and work great. I would recommend, but they need to do the small things well also.
