I bought a 2009 E350 with 20k miles from Freeman Motors in Feb 2011, with the assurance by Freeman that the 20k service had be done. It turns out the service had not been done and the oil had never been changed in the car. I did not discover this until the car had 30k and it cost me $1600 to get the car fixed. Freeman took no responsibility and so beware what their smiles hid in their cars. They were dishonest and did not take responsibility for their errors. John Rall
