Wow. Do not catch the owner on a bad day. House of Ladders WAS my go to place for ladders for our HVAC company, but not anymore! Owner was extremely rude! His counter salesmen have always been polite, courteous and professional! He just lost a customer of 11+ years! I politely asked him what his positon was before I knew he was the owner and I mildly informed him that he was very abrasive. His reply?? ""So what's your point!?"" Hmm, all I wanted was for him to re-fax the invoice so I could prepare a check that I never got in the first place! So then, he has the balls to tell me ""that there's always someone, trying to get something"" and that ""he's been in business for 35 years, sweetheart!"" Buddy, it's not how long you've done business, it's how you DO BUISINESS! Needless to say, I got our ladders from another supply store. Buyer beware. Never have I been spoken to this way buy a supplier!
