We went to this store for our son who has severs disease. We were immediately greeted by an extremely rude blonde lady. Anytime we would ask a question she was condescending. We were also told by phone, as we live in a different city & wanted info before driving into San Antonio that the insoles were $60 & there was a labor day sale. As soon as we asked the sales lady about what we were told by Deonne, on the phone, she got a huge attitude. Those won't work, I've done this for 2 yrs. Well, it's not as if you are a doctor lady, we might need more info than your limited experience. So we politely asked questions & every answer was done in the most condescending way with huge attitude. And, she added there was no labor day sale, there is only an online coupon. So, my husband called Deonne again to ask for info as this lady didn't want to be nice & she told us there were inserts that cost less than the $299 quote the mean lady was giving us & we can ask for Tom, the manager to help us. My husband went back in & asked the mean lady about the other inserts so we had an idea of every option available & this immediately put her out. She went to the back & we could literally here her saying to Tom, who was doing nothing at the time, that "" she wasn't going to help THESE PEOPLE anymore!"". Like asking a question was wrong on our behalf? Really, this was to be a. $300 investment for a growing 9yr olds feet. We needed to know all options. So, my husband went outside to call again to find a different store, of course no one would answer the phone. Her manager could hear it all & did nothing to help us. The mean lady came back & I told her, ""you really don't seem to want to help us, so we will be leaving."". Truly, I have never been to store where I have been treated so rudely, with such meanness. So, we looked up ideal feet, which is right down the road, spent our $400 for lifetime insoles for our son's feet, which ended up being a better deal anyhow at his age, good feet didn't have a lifetime guarantee for him as his feet are still growing. I would not recommend this store to anyone. She was the most rude, condescending, mean, harsh associate we have had to deal with & the manager could hear it all. We were totally shocked by this experience. more
