It's never fun when your A/C gives out in the middle of the summer. Thankfully, the guys from C.B. Lucas gave us a good deal on a new system (which we verified with an estimate from another company), and had it installed three days later, which seems almost miraculous at this time of year (August 3rd). The best part was that the whole time my wife and I were dealing with them, from Doug, who came out to diagnose our problem and gave us the estimates, to Mike Lucas, who we worked out the details with, to Cody and Tony, who did the installation, we always felt like we were dealing with honorable people whom we could trust, and we haven't been let down. Not to mention the fact that Doug, Cody, and Tony were collectively punctual, courteous, friendly, and the work they did was done with obvious attention to detail, including fixing some minor issues from the previous installation that weren't their problem, but just made things better for us.
