called Jim to order a range and refrigerator,everything was done over the phone in a timely manner and professionalism. Appliances were ordered on a Thursday and delivered that Saturday, the schedule was full but they fit us in...thank you thank you. Richard the delivery guy was just as excellent. Both Jim and Richard were awsome and we truly appreciate it.
