The reality is: Their service is horrible, poor and mixed with very bad miscommunication!\r

1. They took an extra 20 days to fix my 2003 VW Jetta b/c they had internal issues going on... which cost me money out of my pocket for a rental and gas!!!\r
2. And for the inconvenience the GM said they would try to work something or give me a discount for the inconvenience and he went back on his word.\r
3. I reached out to their owner on more than one occasion and he has neglected to call me back or email me.\r
4. I'm contacting the BBB for their bad business and service\r
5. In addition, they call themselves a Christian Company... Bad business. BEWARE or BE BURNED.
