The reality is: Their service is horrible, poor and mixed with very bad miscommunication!\r \r 1. They took an extra 20 days to fix my 2003 VW Jetta b/c they had internal issues going on... which cost me money out of my pocket for a rental and gas!!!\r 2. And for the inconvenience the GM said they would try to work something or give me a discount for the inconvenience and he went back on his word.\r 3. I reached out to their owner on more than one occasion and he has neglected to call me back or email me.\r 4. I'm contacting the BBB for their bad business and service\r 5. In addition, they call themselves a Christian Company... Bad business. BEWARE or BE BURNED. more

I brought my car here to get a paint job. I wanted the same color ( red) but I just wanted to get it re done. The color matched exactly to what I wanted. I was nervous because I kept hearing that red is the hardest color to get right. Factory Finish Collision Center did a great job. more

My mazda 6 looks awesome... 6/3/2011

I went to FF in 2007 for a special color yellow paint job on my 2007mazda 6. Unfortunately over the years I've had a few fender benders and FF has restored my car each time to like new! Great place and great staff! more

After visiting several other body shops in the area, it felt like a whole different world when I entered Factory Finish Collision. Instead of being rushed with a quick quote, they really took the time to explain everything to me and help me understand my various options. Quality! 5/16/2011

Quality quality quality! I took my x-Terra. Had two big obvious dents. Once it was analyzed, and realized that there were many different scratches through out. The result was great. Evened everything out and painted the whole thing. The color matched as it was before and dents are gone! I love my car again it looks brand new!!! more

Solid good people. 5/13/2011

Its amazing!! I just had someone bump into me and took my car there to have it estimated. There ended up being hardly any damage so they just fixed it right up and sent me on my way. No charge. It's really uplifting really, being that there is so much crap going on around us in this world. more
