When I moved into my apartment in Mayflower Manor I found the place to be very neat and clean, no roaches or bugs whatsoever! If there are roaches in some of the other apartments it has to be from someone not cleaning their own apartment! There are usually people hanging out in front of the building, but this is Main Street downtown, I expect people to be here! It is very convenient living right downtown. I am very happy to be here and would recommend it to anyone who needs an affordable place to live!
