When I moved into my apartment in Mayflower Manor I found the place to be very neat and clean, no roaches or bugs whatsoever! If there are roaches in some of the other apartments ...

Worst

Not sure this is a safe place for an elderly person. There are always people hanging out in front of the entrance and they don't move out of the way when you walk by. Not a place...

When I moved into my apartment in Mayflower Manor I found the place to be very neat and clean, no roaches or bugs whatsoever! If there are roaches in some of the other apartments it has to be from someone not cleaning their own apartment! There are usually people hanging out in front of the building, but this is Main Street downtown, I expect people to be here! It is very convenient living right downtown. I am very happy to be here and would recommend it to anyone who needs an affordable place to live! more

The apartments have roaches! Do not move here! 1/18/2009

I found two supersize roaches in my apartment. I definetly am moving out! Too many people are always hanging out in front. And also mail is placed in the wrong mailboxes. more

Safety 8/15/2008

Not sure this is a safe place for an elderly person. There are always people hanging out in front of the entrance and they don't move out of the way when you walk by. Not a place I'd consider for one of my relatives. more
