I was informed, by installer, they needed part to make steam functions work and they would return to install next week. After no call for a couple of weeks I called again, again told they would fix
It's now been week's I waited for chris nearly 30 minutes on hold
Again they said they would be out tommorow, no wait today. Yeah that's the ticket
Refused to provide me with number to call regional manager.
Service is like box store. We have all heard the commercials that I called van dyke they came out had the widget and fixed it, my experience says they don't return calls
Or fix the problem
Time to yelp 4square and cover all the social media This place sucks
