Russell was very professional, courteous, and I didn't feel like he was taking advantage of me. As a woman shopping for a car by herself, I was very wary that I might be seen as an easy 'mark.' Russell never made me feel that way and I did trust him that he was giving me the best deal possible and that I would be taken care of at Criswell Chevrolet.
