I just got out of lunch from New Jerusalem. Everyone raved about this restaurant so I thought I would give it a try with my daughter as a treat. We ordered from the menu that I thought was priced well. $5.50 for a falafel, $5.50 for a beef and lamb gyro and .50 extra for fries etc., which I had to inquire about from the waitress. We sat and waited and waited and waited as everyone else was served. After about 30 minutes of being completely ignored (should have walked out at this point). I finally had to get up and inquire about our order. One of the other waitresses decides to finally comes by after noticing I was throughly annoyed. Our order finally arrived after 35 minutes. I was too hungry at this point to even notice that our order was wrong!! We ate and ignored again for the check and a box which I had to inquire about. Yes, the bill was about 22 bucks! A charge for a wrong order!!! No apologies, no compensation for the worst service I have experienced in recent history. If you want really bad service, and an unexpected bill come to New Jerusalem. Instead of this being a wonderful experience for me and my daughter, it was one of the worst!
