My hard drive crashed last week while on vacation in Portland and I had an important work project due that week. I took it to Uptech and they were able to quickly identify the problem, replace the hard drive and even save some important files I had lost. The tech I worked with there was very professional and very knowledgable when it comes to computers. I would highly recommend them.
