Generally, we're really happy with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. We use them at our house and at our rental property. The pricing is fair, and they come quickly after being called.
There were a couple of follow-up things that were not perfect, but you know, I'm sure people same the same thing about things that I have done. It's hard to follow up about every little detail.
There were a couple little things that were not taken care of, but for the most part, I can rely on them for a good analysis of the problem and an economical fix. Then we go from there. I like the way they price things by the book, and the people there are nice and competent.
