I would give zero stars if possible. This was just awful customer service from start to finish. This company was called through BMW roadside assistance. They quoted a 50 minute arrival time. After several phone calls, the driver finally arrived after 1 hour and 50 minutes and slowly loaded my car. \r

After we finally arrived at my dealer, the driver found me (after waiting for me for approximately SEVEN minutes) and said, ""there you are. I need to make another long trip."" As if I had wasted his time.\r

There was no apology for the delay. I would avoid this company at all costs. Customer service obviously means nothing to them.
