Wish I would have known then BUT glad I know now......I was contacted by Andrew Burns from a posting I had on Craigslist to sell the engagement ring from a previous marriage. He was straight up about how diamonds are sold plus the quality of typical retail stores. Since they cut and polish their own diamonds, they have an edge over every retailer out there PLUS their quality is SO much better!! Although a first I did not sell my ring to them at first, I am planning on trading it in for a credit on my next purchase. I cannot believe more people do not know about this company. They have done championship rings for the Yankees, Cowboys, Red Wings, and even the local MLS team, the Houston Dynamo's rings when they won. Unlike the last jeweler I bought from who did not want to have anything to do with my ring, DCI will at anytime give me the full cash value I paid for the center stone....SO again, I wish I would have known.
