Marcio arrived a few minutes early and asked me what I was looking to have done before he explained everything to me in detail. He was nice, courteous, answered all my questions, and never tried to sell me more than I needed. The service went smoothly and at the end photos of my ducts were shown and explained to me. Overall great experience! Marcio also vacuumed out the pan around my hot water heater when I asked him about the dust that had collected there, which he didn't have to do.
