My sister Kara and I, initially went into Dick Hannah Subaru to potentially purchase a 2012 Subaru WRX (for my sister), but received such horrible service that we ended up going to Volkswagen to look at their VW GTI and TDI models. Although we didn't walk out of there with a Volkswagen GTI or TDI, Scotty was able to assist my sister with her original and ideal purchase, and we drove away in her brand new 2012 Subaru WRX from the Subaru dealership.
