I had a cat emergency this morning and have NEVER seen such GROSS incompetence and such ignorant and uncaring staff. I brought the cat in at 8:00 and was greeted by a front office with clients, but the staff was busy talking in the back and couldn't be bothered. When an overweight blonde guy did show up, he pretended to be preoccupied with reading material, and ignored everybody while reading. When I finally grabbed his attention, he said he would call a technician to take my animal to the back. After 10 minutes, I asked him if he was going to do ANYTHING, and once again said he would get a tech but the vet wasnt there yet. I asked him to assist, but he did nothing. Fearing for the health of the animal, I took him to another vets office, and he died later in the day. I'm sure that the critical time wasted here sentenced the animal to death. Avoid this wretched establishment unless you like dead cats.
