Roto-Rooter was there when I needed them. As a first time homeowner (only 1 month in), I needed a plumber immediately to fix an emergency drainage issue on a Saturday night. To my surprise and relief a plumber (Roger) from the Stratford, CT office was at my house earlier than the 1 hour promised window. Roger was very courteous, knowledgeable and a complete professional. Once it was clear that additional resources need to be brought in to diagnose the problem, Roger was quick to reach out to his team to get Bentley to bring the camera equipment. Working closely together, Roger and Bentley quickly determined that in order to resolve my drain blockage issue, excavation was necessary. Bentley made some phone calls and was able to schedule the excavation work with Warren Allen of Allen's Excavation & Paving THE NEXT MORNING.
I’m happy to say that Bentley along with Warren Allen did high quality, professional work all day Sunday (on short notice). Bentley and Warren were at my house from 9 am until about 10:30 pm on Sunday working hard all day. They didn’t hesitate to answer any of my questions, explained everything to me so that I understood what was happening, and they also gave me great advice. Although the work I needed done was extensive and labor intensive, Bentley and Warren gave me peace of mind that the job would be done that day and they reassured me that everything would be fine.
Roto-Rooter is available 24/7 and they helped me out in an emergency situation. I was completely satisfied with their work and I would highly recommend Roto-Rooter. I definitely would use them again with no hesitations!
