Answer Is Fitness has helped me a lot. The workouts never get boring because they launch a new track about every three months. The motivation is excellent.
I have had a personal trainer for about a year now and she helps me a lot. Since joining them I have lost 25 pounds. It is a 20-minute drive from where I live but I love the workouts so much that I don't mind the drive at all.
I highly recommend them. Give them a try and hang in there. It takes some time to get used to but after 3 months your body will be used to it and changes in the workout will keep the workout from becoming boring. You won't regret it.
