I am almost at my two month mark and I have already noticed so many positive changes from the program. So far I have lost ten pounds and on top of that I am in a better mood, less stressed, have more restful sleep and for the first time ever, I truly believe I can and will lose and maintain the weight loss and a healthy living style. I have been motivated to go to the gym and make more active choices, like simply taking the stairs over the elevator. I am naturally more drawn to fresh foods than before and find my cravings for unhealthy foods fading away. None of these changes feel forced and I feel completely in control of my choices. This is not a diet or a fad, it is a lifestyle change. By focusing on the positive I have built a new respect for myself and my body that makes me only want to do the best by it and lead a happy and fulfilling life. Weight has always been a struggle for me, but what I found to be an even heavier burden to carry around was my obsession with food. I can honestly say for the first time I am naturally not always occupied with the thought of food and now think of it in terms of energy for my body. I still enjoy food completely, even more so now, since I am only trying to get from it the only thing it has to offer- nourishment, rather than a form of escape or distraction. I highly recommend Positive Changes. The thought of hypnosis may be hard to accept or believe as ""true"" but it really works! Once you try it and start seeing the changes you will wonder why including the subconcious in any kind of program or therapy is not more readily available.
