When I initally called to make an appointment, I was confronted with an extremely rude woman who seemed annoyed that I called in the first place. The only reason I didn't hang up and go to another dermatologist is because my primary physician whom I trust completely, referred me to Dr. Seidenberg. I went to see him two days ago about a recurring rash. He told me it was nothing and didn't give me a prescription (at the time of my visit the rash wasn't there). Just my luck, the rash reappeared the next day. When I called his office the lady I spoke with was absolutely rude and condescending. I have never been spoken to like this by staff at a doctor's office before, and I will NEVER go back to Dr. Seidenberg again thanks to this woman! \r
FYI- the receptionist at the office, who was not this woman, was lovely. It's unfortunate.
