I bought my first tub in 1999 and it lasted 12 years with very little trouble. When I traded it in for a new one it was still working. They had a great sale and I knew mine would eventually wear out so I took advantage of the sale. They make their own tubs and the quality is better than those made elsewhere(my opinion). The folks have always been pleasant and professional and accomodating. I will only my tubs from them.
