I have owned my tub for many years and could not be happier with it. I have only experienced a few minor issues and the service on it was prompt and very reasonble. I also purchase all of my chemicals from them and the the entire Baniak family and staff are great to work with. I would never consider going anywhere else. Have also referred several people to Aspen for new tubs and everyone I have sent has been extremely happy with the product as well as the wonderful service they recieve.
