Her cashier is one of the rudest people I've ever dealt with. It seems like she is bitter, and she takes it out on the customers. In stead of being kind and informative, she is punitive and bitchy, frankly.
As a customer, I like Dominique Kendall or Bryan Davis -- they treat customers with respect. So if I had to hold an estate sale, I would rather contract with somebody who is going to bring in customers, not alienate them.
We are not going back to Margie Beegle -- we had one bad experience, then decided to give her another chance and went back to have a good experience with the off-duty police officer (nice guy), then had another bad experience with the cashier. 2 out of 3 is not good, especially when we can go elsewhere and be treated kindly.
And for the review posted with 5 stars, I have to wonder their relation to MBS since most of the reviews I've read are not good. I think that if MBS does not get a better handle on her business (I've never seen her at her sales), she will be put out of business by better competitors.
