They are popular with both clients and customers because they are honest and efficient. I buy at these sales since the merchandise is fairly priced and checkout is very quick. It must be a stressful job, considering they have to interact with hundreds of customers a day, some of whom have never been to an estate sale and are surprised to discover an experience that is quite different from a sidewalk garage sale, a flea market or a visit to a department store. Prices are fixed and non negotiable. Professional security is always present, and the checkout process is notably efficient. Kids under 15 are not allowed, which makes for less chaos.
