This is one of the most unprofessional businesses I have ever been to. The original appointment was cancelled and rescheduled due to a surgical procedure she was having, which was perfectly fine, but the rescheduled time was for a day that they were closed. The man who I talked to said nothing except that she made a mistake, no real apology. To top it off, he couldn't even find the appointment book to check. Basically, he treated me like an idiot for showing up at the scheduled appointment time. I will never go there again!
