Took my comforter in to be dry cleaned and they washed it in a normal washing machine (even though I specifically asked them to dry clean it). The colors bled and when I took it back for them to fix they didn't call me for a month. I called and they told me it had been ready for weeks. It was still stained and they wouldn't do anything else to clean it or repay me for the damages.
