Took my comforter in to be dry cleaned 5/29/2012

Took my comforter in to be dry cleaned and they washed it in a normal washing machine (even though I specifically asked them to dry clean it). The colors bled and when I took it back for them to fix they didn't call me for a month. I called and they told me it had been ready for weeks. It was still stained and they wouldn't do anything else to clean it or repay me for the damages. more

Horrible 2/2/2011

Horrible. I had some shirts to be pressed. Simple enough task, I thought...got them back and the collars were all wavy with wrinkles all over. Wasn't even pressed. Had to take them back to have them redo them and they still looked bad. Service took 3 days...I'd recommend staying away from this place. more
