I speculate that they overcharged me 80 dollars for one trip, they "assumed" that I wanted a service that I did not ask for, and then refused a refund. They provided unwanted and unwarranted services without my consent then refused refund. I called both owners and they both do not care about what the customer has to say, and will say anything to get out of a giving a refund for their employee's mistakes. The customer service is horrid, The employee yelled at me and refused to give me his name after realizing his mistake. Then the owners Mike and Greg, said hurtful things to me over the phone, and Mike called me a liar. DO NOT GO TO THIS CLEANER, CHOOSE ANOTHER ONE FOR THE SAKE OF YOUR WALLET AND PEACE OF MIND.
