I dont have the cable or phone but I do have the internet. I game and I have no problems with lag. I do have the upgraded account with at least 15 mbps. Sometimes get more. The games I play have tons of people in same area and need good connection and speed. I have never had a problem with customer service either. Just call them up ask them what I need and they do it right away, or at least by next buisness day. I have been with this company for a year now and have nothing to complain about. <3 more
