Service is terrible, it will go down for whole evenings on the internet side, cable signal can be horrible, never tried the phone but heard tons of complaints. They just send guys...

I dont have the cable or phone but I do have the internet. I game and I have no problems with lag. I do have the upgraded account with at least 15 mbps. Sometimes get more. The games I play have tons of people in same area and need good connection and speed. I have never had a problem with customer service either. Just call them up ask them what I need and they do it right away, or at least by next buisness day. I have been with this company for a year now and have nothing to complain about. <3 more

HORRIBLE, Use Satellite or DSL! 12/22/2011

Service is terrible, it will go down for whole evenings on the internet side, cable signal can be horrible, never tried the phone but heard tons of complaints. They just send guys out who invariably say there is a bad signal and that's it, they'll just throw a new cable modem and a pat on your back. Lousy company, their old commercials were a joke, so glad I'm moving to Texas where I won't have to deal with these assclowns. more
