After the first big rain this spring, our basement flooded in Cincinnati. We called a Roto-Rooter plumber to snake the sewer drain. When the technician arrived, he was friendly, knowledgeable and very capable. The only thing not 100% positive about the experience was the wait time... I called at 4pm and was told that a plumber would be here by 7. He arrived at about 10:30pm.... This is more of a scheduling complaint than a plumbing complaint, though.
