Billy was the most attentive and knowledgeable technician we have experienced with Yes A/C. We had all new systems installed several years ago so we have had many service calls. Billy took the time to explain things and was very thorough. He resolved almost all the problems with our A/C and heating that many previous repairmen couldn't fix or were not willing to fix! Unfortunately, I had to call and speak (complain) to a customer service agent prior to Billy coming out! I will request him every time we need any service! He was Excellent!! more

AC repair 8/29/2014

My air conditioning wasn't working and it was a typical hot Las Vegas summer day. I called Yes! in the evening and they send out Rich F first thing in the AM and he saved me. He was able to diagnose the problem and resolve the issue. He was very professional and efficient. I am so thankful for his knowledge and expertise. Thank you! more

Fernando came out to perform our semi annual water heater flush and plumbing inspection. On time, professional and courteous. After inspection, discussed the problems he found and options for correcting them. No pressure, good information. A pleasure to do business with. Highly recommended technician and good company to work with as well! more

Emergency sewer drain backup 6/26/2014

Sitting in the kitchen and heard water backing up in the bathroom tubs and shower stall. Immediately called YES A/C & Plumbing and spoke CSR Dan understood the immediate concerns and arranged a timeframe of 10-12pm arrival to inspect and correct the problem. Almost immediately I received an e-mail advising me who/picture of the Serviceman would be arriving at our home Shortly after 10am Service Specialist Fernando Garcia arrived and began his inspection and presented the various options to correct the problem explaining what would be done. Mr. Garica was very respectful and answered all concerns with complete confidence. I would recommend Yes A/C and Plumbing should their needs arise. more

A/C Motor replacement 6/23/2014

Rich did an excellent job servicing our A/C unit. He answered all my questions in a very patient and professional manner. Getting our A/C unit repaired was extremely urgent because of the 100 plus degree weather here in Las Vegas. Thanks, Harun more

SAY NO to Yes plumbing !!! 5/13/2014

I feel we have been price gouged to replace a tub drain. We were charged $1400.00 for parts and labor. That comes out to about $600.00 per hour with the work only taking about 2 hours to finish. It was not a good experience. more

Yes Air Conditioning & Plumbing 5/1/2014

Rich F was very nice and knew what is was doing, he checked the in side stuff and then he went on the top of the house and worked on the unit outside. When he was done he told me about what he found and that the unit was 17 years and needed to be checked twice a year. He told me of a service plan but I told him that right now I couldn't afford it but if thing got better I would call him. I have turtles in my back yard and he liked seeing them. He told me of a puppy he would like to get. He was very nice and had time time to be nice. more
