If this hotel could receive a negative rating, believe me, I would give it to them. Upon checking in, we went to our room and the door didn't lock properly or close all the way. That should have been the first clue. The room smelled like ""puke"", was not clean, and felt really dirty and buggy. We went back to the front desk and asked for a different room. The second room was even worse. The door was open, beds not made, food, garbage, etc. laying around. Again, back to the front desk. Their excuse - 3 of their cleaning crew called in. The girl at the front desk kept saying, ""I'm new"". What that had to do with the cleanliness of the room, I don't know. They couldn't get keys to encode properly for other customers that were waiting. Even the front desk area had a foul smell to it. We checked out (still waiting for our refund to ""hit"" our account"") as fast as we checked in. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy!
