I've always wanted to learn about wine...at the very least understand the basics about wine. Before I took this class I hardly knew the difference between Pinot Grigio and Chardonnay. I left the class feeling educated about wine, tannins, full bodied wines, and why grape varietals make wines taste different from each other. The class was fun and informative. The instructor was great he knew a lot and kept the class interesting.
