Great customer service. Made the stressful process of moving easier. Would definitely recommend A+ to anyone. Robert runs a great business. Clean, modern, well-maintained facility. Easy to get in and out of. Only negatives were the water pipe running through my unit that decreased square footage and the fact that the unit was on the 2nd floor and a long walk from the loading dock. I was not made aware of this prior to move-in.
