About the same quality of food you get at Pollo Tropical. Some people get bread at the table some don't. Didn't ask if I wanted something to drink. I guess I looked like I just wanted water. Fish of the day, the server didn't know and didn't go ask. Order was gotten wrong. Waters don't get refilled. The chicken tastes like processed fast food chicken. The server picks up your plate by first placing the plate of the last table they cleaned on your table. Lovely. The appetizer get served with the entree. The food is over priced. But the take out bags are nice.
