They are perhaps the worst landscaping company I have ever dealt with. They refused to finish work, demanded payments early, and once they received payment, didn't bother to come back and finish the work. Unresponsiveness, excuses, and ""additional charges"" are the way that Mark Poteat does business. He got multiple ""F"" ratings on Angie's list and responded to every single one with excuses and reasons why the person offering a review was irrational despite his best efforts to satisfy them. Do not choose this guy's company to do your work. Any other business will do the work as well and you won't have to deal with a guy with a salesman's great personality but questionable business ethics.
