Like many longtime customers, I haven't been impressed with changes made by the new owner of Terry's Finer Foods. (I now have most of my groceries delivered by Hestand's in The Heights and only stop by Terry's once a month.) However, the steaks at Terry's Restaurant rank among the best in Little Rock. (I'm so fond of them I haven't tried anything else on the dinner menu.) The restaurant has a well-trained staff and pleasant ambiance. The intimate lay-out (apparently modeled after grocery-restaurant establishments in France) doesn't lend itself to privacy, but the usual customers aren't a loud crowd.
